Richard Milburn Academy (RMA) is a free public charter high school designed to help students who have experienced difficulty in a traditional school setting. RMA opened our first school in 1998. Our vast experience has helped students complete their high school education and graduate prepared for post-secondary education or work. We are proud to serve the educational needs of students who might otherwise struggle in school or are at risk of dropping out. We believe that each student is capable of academic success, and we adapt our program to fit each student’s unique learning and personal needs. At RMA, students have the opportunity to earn a high school diploma in an environment in which they feel safe, supported and valued. Our non-traditional program and student-centered approach to education make RMA a good fit for students who have experienced difficulty in school and are looking to make a change in their lives.
